WEEKLY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM - $75.00 + HST (per visit)

 PACKAGE INCLUDES:

▫ Skim water surface and vacuum pool

▫ Remove scum line

▫ Backwash filter

▫ Chemicals are dropped off and invoiced if required

GOLD OPENING $399.00 + HST

 PACKAGE INCLUDES:

▫ Pump off cover and remove

▫ Wash, fold and store cover in garage

▫ Drain and store water bags (if nec.)

▫ Re-assemble filtration equipment

▫ Re-install deck equipment (if nec.)

▫ Start up system

▫ Clean scum line

▫ Apply all start up chemicals (shock & algaecide

▫ Salt will be added if requested at a cost of $12.99/bag

*Vacuuming of pool is not included please schedule a separate appointment.

*Rate is based on an 18x36 pool or smaller.

*Additional cost to treat and clear pools with algae.

*Please have water level half way up skimmer so we are able to start up your system.

 GOLD CLOSING $399.00 + HST

 PACKAGE INCLUDES:

▫ Pool surface cleaning (approx. 5 minutes)

▫ Lower water level to appropriate winterizing level

▫ Winterize plumbing lines and filtration equipment

▫ Install winterizing plugs & Anti-Freeze

▫ Add shock treatment

▫ 1L concentrated algaecide

▫ Remove deck equipment

▫ Install winter cover

▫ Fill water bags and place accordingly (if nec.)

*Rate is based on an 18x36 pool or smaller

*Pool should be clean and balanced prior to closing

*Customer has 48 hours to report and request cover

adjustment or broken water bags.  After 48 hours service rates apply

SILVER OPENING $299.00 + HST

 PACKAGE INCLUDES:

▫ Pump water from winter cover

▫ Remove debris from cover; cover is not cleaned

▫ Remove all winterizing material i.e. winterizing plugs

▫ Re-install all circulation equipment

▫ Re-assemble pump, filter, and chlorine generators

▫ Open valves and turn system on

 SILVER CLOSING $299.00 + HST

 PACKAGE INCLUDES:

▫ Lower water level to appropriate winterizing level

▫ Winterize plumbing lines and filtration equipment

▫ Install winterizing plugs & Anti-Fre

▫ Winter cover is not installed

▫ Closing chemicals are not added.
